As a hospitality business, we’ve used Toropro many times. From topping the refrigerant in commercial fridge/freezer, replacing cooling unit to installing new refrigeration unit in our beer cellar. Great quick service when it’s an emergency. They are quite expensive, but they get the job done. Engineer was very polite, knowledgable and worked as quickly as he could. The system of calling everything back to the central desk is slightly annoying, because we needed more than one part replaced. But I don’t think another plumber would have been any quicker.

Quick service - plumber was able to come out within 2 hours of calling. Was able to replace flexipipe toilet pan connector with a solid pipe to repair leak. Had to cut away some of the floor to gain access which was not ideal but it was a tricky job in a tight space.
