I’ve been with Tower Estates for over 4 years now. I must say they are outstanding! I can’t thank them enough! They’re so helpful, they’re always responsive to any queries, and always eager to help. Essentially everything you want when it comes to finding a home. They’ve been truly exceptional, I don’t see myself using another estate agents. Highly recommend! The whole team are very professional! Second to none. Special thanks to Andy - he’s always so helpful!

My portfolio used to be spread accross three agents but I have recently entrusted Tower Estates to manage all of my properties. I have always been pleased with their clear communication, prompt payment and proactivity in which they manage and maintain my assets. I have had trouble with other agents in the past but Tower Estates really have taken away the stress that comes with being a landlord. Nightmare. Ignores emails. Makes appointments without notice and expects entry to property. Lies about why they can't provide EPC (says can't because of Data Protection!) And, any fault is yours, for e.g. faulty wiring: You must have plugged something in that caused the fuse box to blow. *Edit. Thank you for the offer to talk. I have amended the star rating from 1 star to 3 stars, because communication and arranging appointments did improve during my stay at the property. I will say that my electrical appliances are working perfectly fine (no fuse box blowing) in my new home.

I have been using tower estates for the last two years and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future as they have been great and deal with all my property issues promptly. Although I had a very bad tenant they made sure to resolve all issues prior to bringing it to my attention and avoided me having to have unnecessary stress and I can honestly say that I am very happy that they manage my property and will continue to add to my portfolio through tower estates. I have all my messages replied to within one hour and I couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommend them.
