I am so pleased with my experience at Ultimate Lets! The house I rented was in beautiful condition and the agents were so responsive - every issue (major or minor) that cropped up was fixed immediately. They are fair with their services and there are no nasty surprises - what you see is what you get. What was meant to be a short-term let turned into 2 and a half years of renting with them. Can't recommend them enough!

I'm having to move out very quickly as Ultimate are unable to put professional people in houseshares. The smell of weed and lack of sleep from the volume of noise at night is unbearable. I've spoken to the individual involved and management about it to no effect. To be honest, there may not be much they can do once a tenant is placed.

I've had interactions with U-lets before but it was only recently that I was happy with the options they had. Ewa (pronounced Eva) was my main contact for most of the viewings. She maintained good communications with me and worked around my sometimes unreliable schedule. Some of the rooms I saw were not right for my needs. When I told Ewa that I wasn't interested in these instances, she was not rude or pushy about it. Some agents can suddenly change their tone and attitude towards you when you tell them you don't want a particular room but, fortunately, Ewa is a professional who understands and appreciates your honesty. As for the room itself, I'm happy with the size and the price, which includes all bills. A new carpet was laid down before my arrival and U-lets have kept me up to date with maintenance works which had to take place during the first few days of moving in. I'm not sure if all of their places get this but our broadband was upgraded to a business package, which means more reliable downloads and pings. This is good for my work (and gaming). U-lets were a pleasure to deal with and Ewa was a very good representative.

Hi I only have good things to say following my dealings with Ultimate Housing and I am sad to be moving on. They were great right from the beginning, when they picked me up from the station, showed me a range of properties (they really seemed to care).
