I recently sold my flat in Kidbrooke using Winkworth Blackheath. The service was a distinct game of 2 halves - the Sales Team (Alex, Seb, Yahya) were all outstanding - very knowledgable, proactive and went the extra mile. Thank you. Unfortunately, the post sales efforts were distinctly below par. Often unavailable for entire days at a time (when confirmed they were working) and unresponsive to calls, emails and voicemails. When responses were received - they were unhelpful - “I don’t normally get involved” type answers. Minimal efforts at progression were made. I ended up having to liaise with the buyer directly. Even on completion day, not even a single phone call to acknowledge or assist with handover. This is poor. I hope Winkworth Blackheath make efforts to sharpen up the post sales service levels - this was the only weak point.
