We are just approaching the exchange/completion of our sale with Winkworths and have found the service and team to be very professional, honest, and understanding along the way. Our sales agent Andrew was attentive throughout and really listened and represented our needs. I rented a property via Winkworth, and found their professionals to be absolutely outstanding--heads and shoulders above every other estate agent firm. The agents and administrators in this office were particularly helpful and responsive. Olly, the agent I dealt with, was responsive, competent, and a genuine delight to interact with--a real credit to his profession. One encounters a lot of less-than-scrupulous behaviour in the real estate business, especially if you're on the renting side, but these folks are genuinely different. They're honest, helpful, and fair--it seems that they genuinely want to broker mutually satisfactory agreements between tenants and landlords. I have not yet bought property, but they will be the first agent I call when I do. Tip: if you're looking for a place to rent, take a look at the properties on Winkworth's website. They update the site much more speedily than the other agents, and the new stock usually appears on their website a few days before they appear on aggregator sites like Rightmove. Winkworth have excellent stock, and the Winkworth agents at this office (as well as agents from all the other Winkworth offices I've interacted with) are a delight to deal with.
