We have just moved into our flat in Shepherd’s Bush. Right from the start from when we first viewed the flat and all the paperwork that followed and needed completing and then getting the keys, Winkworth guided us through it all step by step. They answered any queries we had promptly and efficiently and just as important to us with patience and a genuine warmth and kindness and nothing was too much trouble. We dealt with Sibel, Ledian and Miranda and each one of them could not have been more helpful. They were wonderful. We would highly recommend them.

She regularly inspects the properties to ensure the tenants and looking after them and to identify any maintenance issues, after her inspection I receive a detailed report on the condition of the property including numerous photos. When repairs are required they are dealt with promptly. Also all my legal obligations such as electrical and gas tests are carried out when required without me having to chase. This property agent is fantastic. Every single time there is anything wrong with the flat, she deals with it almost on the day if not critical within 2/3 days. She's fought our corner for us when there was a leak in the bedroom ceiling and the upstairs flat was blaming us, and now the leak has been fixed. Almost everything we asked for, such as a new vacuum cleaner, or even a new single bed shes persuaded the landlord to get to us. Being a first time buyer I believe you are always vulnerable to being exposed to the wrong information and being mis-led.
