Adrian Philpott should be anyone's first call to buy or sell a house in the West End. Highly professional, heaps of integrity and a nice bloke too. Throughout an extremely delicate and large transaction, Adrian called the timeline and process perfectly despite my own persistent doubts. Bravo !

I engaged with Adrian at Winkworth's on New Oxford St when looking for my first home. I dealt with a number of estate agents over dozens of viewings and Adrian's very direct and honest attitude was very welcome. As an agent, it was clear he was equally up front with his seller and this approach made the process of agreeing a sale price very straight forward. Once a price was agreed Adrian was able to recommend a number of dependable local solicitors, one of whom I decided to go with - I am happy to have done so as their service was also excellent and well priced. Adrian and the team were very fast to respond to all questions during the process and carried out their work with plenty of integrity. I have just completed after minimal hassle from start to finish, and will be looking to use them again on future moves.

Winkworth has done it again! After chasing flats on Rightmove we contacted Adrian at Winkworth West End again and a great flat was brought to our attention just as it came to the market and 3 months later we completed. That's three Winkworth completed transactions for various family members in two years. As mentioned below personal contact is really worthwhile and the service provided by Winkworth was excellent throughout. Don't just rely on internet searches to find a property. It's well worth going into a branch and speaking face to face with the agent so they get an idea of what you are looking for. We did this with Adrian and he understood clearly our requirements and set up some viewings quickly and efficiently and we soon had a great flat under offer. The purchase in now complete and I would highly recommend Adrian and his team. We sold our house with Winkworth too!

Our company had used Winkworths previousley to rent a large flat in the West End with a tenancy ending this year. We were waiting for the tenant to vacate before viewings but Natasha persuaded us that she had a new interested tenant and agreed the viewing. An offer was made and immediately followed by short negotiations and an agreement. That was then followed by several paragraphs(I won't bore you) of further problems, difficulties and issues before we could sign. Throughout Natasha reacted by finding solutions and getting it sorted with absolutely nothing seeming to faze her charm and calm demeanour.
