We have dealt with York Estates, for years and years. Firstly on the sales side when the flat was purchased. (David on the sales side is excellent, professional and engaging. Never pushy but always, without fail, extremely helpful and we never ever had to chase for anything. David has always been swift to respond to any query and was always honest. They have been on the corner of Crawford Street and Seymour Place forever, a welcoming sight to walk along that block and see the office lit up and the office buzzing with activity, a source of great comfort. We are really Grateful for the speed of work getting us into this home and the high level of communication.
