Having been a complete sceptic that good letting agents actually exist then I was really surprised by Trevlyn and Sam as he was very responsive, problems were addressed quickly and any issues or questions were resolved very easily. Having rented for 20yrs in London - never thought I'd be saying this but check out Trevlyn's properties list because it makes such a difference having a good management agent to deal with.
