Excellent experience with Bentley Hurst. I initially contacted several estate agents who gave similar valuations so chose BH based on their good reviews and have not been let down. Jonathan was very helpful during the listing process and great at communicating. Within 2 working days of the house going on the market, I received 2 offers at more than 5% over asking price. Will update when the sale hopefully goes through but so far extremely happy with Bentley Hurst and would recommend.

Bentley Hurst helped me with renting an apartment. Elvita and James, when showing me the apartment, and Charlotte, when dealing with later problems with the boiler and oven, have always been very accommodating and helpful. Bentley Hurst were very professional and personal when it came to letting my house out. Fantastic Estate Agency Service! Bentley Hurst and Jonny were recommended to us by a close friend who had a fantastic selling experience when dealing with Bentley Hurst. I contacted the office and spoke to Jonny and made arrangements for an initial visit where we showed Jonny around our home, Jonny explained how the process worked and how if there was no Sale there was no Fee with Bentley Hurst. We agreed to move forward and Jonny arranged a second appointment to bring the amazing 3D camera out which does a full 3D Walk-though of your property, the results were fantastic, really gives you a sense of the property before deciding to move forward with a viewing. Our house went on the Market on a Tuesday, we had 4 viewings arranged for the Friday and 2 offers were made while they were still viewing the property and as one was for the full asking price which we accepted, so our property sold within 4 days! Overall a absolutely fantastic experience, thought this was going to be more stressful but every aspect was taken care of by Bentley Hurst, we found them very professional and they delivered everything they said they would, the adverts on Rightmove/Zoopla and their own site were spot on, Joe turned up on the Friday to show the guests around our home and he was fantastic, really friendly and encouraged us to get involved if there were any questions or queries.
