Im pleased to say that me and my mum are very excited for this new chapter in our lives!! We have been struggled for months to find a property that suits but Brentwood have made our searching easier ever since we have discovered them online. As we have now found the best property that we can call our own home now!!. This letting agency managed to provide us with nothing but an excellent customer service. They are very very friendly and outgoing team who are passionate to offer properties that best meet your needs abs requirements. We were served by the lovely Victoria at Brentwood! She is a very understanding and dedicated team member who goes all out to provide the best support for her clients!!… We are also very happy with our new landlord and are looking forward to form a positive relationship between us :)) if you are looking forward to rent then I would honestly consider Brentwood as they are very professional letting agency! We have been letting out our porperty in North Manchester with Brentwood Lettings since 2007 - initially it was to be a 2 year period whilst we tested the waters for living abroad. Apart from one incident where despite the checks being carried out the tenant caused a lot of problems and had to be evicted, it has worked well and Brentwood have kept us informed of property checks, repairs and safety checks as and when they have needed to. The current tenant has been in residence for approximately 5-6 years now. The staff have remained pretty much the same during the 15+ years of dealing with them which gives us confidence that we will get a consistently good service from them which is much appreciated.

Joe Beck started managing my property since 20th October 2017 and has taken care of everything, from viewing visits, vetting the right tenants, employing trustworthy workmen, and handling any tenant queries. So I know exactly what's going on, but takes care of everything himself, leaving me stress-free. Brentwood is my second agent, my first one was useless and it was very frustrating dealing with and I could never get hold of them when I needed them. Brentwood is a breath of fresh air. All staff were friendly especially Joe whom I normally deal with, very responsive and professional in dealing with all my queries. I'd also like to give Amy a shout out too, she was a star when she helped me with a number issues at the beginning. Any work which needed doing to the property was promptly repaired and I was charged a reasonable cost. Very happy with them and will not hesitate to recommend.

They are always responsive, i have very few issues with tenants due to the checks and references they conduct before a tenant moves in. I usually deal with Joe, he finds tenants quickly and looks after me and my tennants really well. He is very professional following all the guidelines to ensure both me and the tennant get the best, safest service, sometimes this can be difficult and disappointing if tenants cannot meet the rigorous checks but they are there for a reason. I have rented one of their properties for a year now and they have always been very professional and fair. Whenever repairs were needed, they would carry out the work straight away and the builders are also very polite and helpful. On one occasion a builder attended a job at the property and when he finshed he unpacked and installed my washing machine when he didn’t have to. Damp and mould started to appear at the property and they rehoused us in a matter of weeks. Excellent agency that do not discriminate whether you are on DSS or have children. The staff are also very helpful especially the manager Joe, thank you.

Been renting from here for near on 6 months. Not a bad word to say about Brentwood through my personal experience. Had a few minor problems with the property when I moved in. (Just wear and tear over the years). Highlighted them to Brentwood and they were onto them straight away to get them rectified. I have dealt mostly with a lady called Amy and nothing but praise can go her way. She's always onto whatever your issue is(should you have any). Always happy to explain anything your unsure of, will go above and beyond to give her customers an satisfactory outcome in whatever scenario arises. I have dealt with other members within Brentwood and they all have the attitude of the customer comes first. Cannot fault them. Overall, I would recommend Brentwood for anyone looking for reasonably priced renting with quality customer service. And an above and beyond attitude to their customers and their individual circumstances.

I’ve been in one of Brentwood’s properties for just hitting 12 years this year and I honestly couldn’t ask for better Landlords. Over the years faults have developed and I can’t knock the speedy service that I’ve had with these faults being rectified. We’ve had leaks, roof problems, heating and water problems, in general just normal house problems and the guys at Brentwood’s have always sorted them in a timely manner. If the problem is urgent they are always on hand, and they go above and beyond to sort it for you. Stuart the Maintenance manager does everything he can to help all the tenants, Joe in the office is always friendly and helpful, the whole team at Brentwood’s are all really friendly and they all do what they can to help. I can’t fault that guy what so ever. I would recommend Brentwood’s to anyone that wants honest and reliable landlords

I am leaving this review as an independent landlord who has been supported by Brentwood lettings for nearly 20 years. The tenant selection process is of a very high standard, very reliable and never had any problem with rental matters. The great benefit is Brentwood are a well established property company with professionals dealing with the administrative and management side of things giving me peace of mind. On the property maintenance side of things they only use proper and local tradespeople, I can say in all honestly I have never had any nasty surprises. My house is at least over 100 years old, so needing to spend money on repairs is part and parcel of being a landlord. Every repair has been of high standard, especially anything to do with the roof or central heating. Take a little free advice from someone who knows, and found out the hard way, be careful there are a lot of not so good companies out there. But Brentwood lettings get a big thumbs up from me!!!!!

I have used Brentwoods as a landlord for almost 7yrs, I have found them to provide excellent service and are extremely helpful not only for finding the right tenant for the right property but help with staying upto date with building codes, DPS, electrical certidicates and proving help where needed with collections and relevant paperwork. I have had very few tenant issues with my 20 properties over the years and I believe this is because correct and proper checks on the tenant, these include face to face meetings, affordability checks, job checks and where appropriate guarantor checks. Overall I rate this company 5 stars as a landlord but also for my tenants being happy with the service and process from finding Brentwoods to moving into one of my houses.

Excellent service all round from this agent. The whole letting transaction took 3 days and Brentwood do all the legwork. Outstanding service from the staff, polite, friendly and respectful at all times. Amy and Ciadhan are brilliant, making you feel welcome and at home from day one.
