I moved in about a month ago, flat is in decent shape and so far Bright's staff have been friendly and helpful, especially since they did not get much time before my move in date. Though I did find it odd that they were chasing me for this review even before they had confirmed the date for an agreed maintenance fix (replacing the oven hood) - which I eventually had to chase up.
