Premier have been managing our rented property for about 9 months. We moved to Premier after a particularly bad experience with another agent whose managing of our property was appalling. Premier are the exact opposite: efficient, organised, intelligent, they communicate promptly, they reply quickly to emails, they answer questions fully, they deal quickly with problems, and they charge half the price that our previous agents charged! I am wondering what the catch is, but so far there doesn’t seem to be one.

As a Landlord I chose to move across to Premier Residential Letting almost 2 years ago now (after an exceptionally bad experience with one of the bigger agency's in Manchester). The experience I've had from them has left me feeling as though they manage my property as if it was their own. They're careful about ensuring repairs are done efficiently, and cost effectively (without having to have repairs). They've also effectively navigated changing tenants with minimum impact to me. And if that wasn't enough, anytime their is a change in legislation that has an impact to me, they warn with in advance, then proactively manage all the associated requirements with no impact to me. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Honestly the BEST lettings agency I’ve ever had in the UK, honestly sad I moved out of the flat I was in because of how easy the whole process of renting (beginning to end). Great lettings agency, the staff are very helpful. Always ready to listen to customers concerns and work with them. Their apartment block are managed by friendly staff like concierge and the cleaners who are always there to help during working hours. The apartments themselves look clean and fresh, the prices are also great. The location is even better, 10 mins walk to the city centre and 15 mins to manchester uni. Great neighbourhood generally, beautiful part of the canal is just around the corner with one of the best pubs around.

Incredibly hands on lettings agent. Fast response times and a 'make it personal' approach to dealing with tenants. Had a small fault and my boiler which was marked as an "Urgent job" after one email and the repair man came over to my flat within a couple of days to sort it out. The flat is very quite, clean and cosy, every one I have meant living there so far has being really nice.
