I can not recommend Rivershill highly enough. I have rented in Manchester for 15 years and they are by far and away the best letting agency I have used. I've rented from Mike and Phil for the last 5 years and they are a pleasure to deal with and any queries or unforeseen issues I had were dealt with immediately. A service better than I've ever had and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a new place.

I rented through Rivershill as a tenant for a total of 3 years (in a big shared house in West Dids and later in a 2-bed flat in Chorlton). They were always responsive, helpful and professional and never ever tried to rip us off for anything (if you've rented as a student in Manchester before you know what letting agents and landlords can be like...). Mike and Phil who work there are both genuine, lovely and work hard to make sure their tenants are happy - I can't recommend them enough.

Had a great experience with Rivershill. Viewing the house and signing up was straightforward and Mike and Phil were always very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. On a couple of occasions during the year whenever there was an issue with the house, they went above and beyond to help sort the problems out which is rare in my experience from using other estate agents in the past. Deposit was returned in full in a quick and timely manner and i can highly recommend using Rivershill as they put in a lot of hours to help their tenants out. Thanks again Mike and Phil!

I have just moved out from one of the flats in Manchester managed by this agency.I have to say it is the best agency I have rented from so far. The flat was very high specification and maintained to the highest level, at affordable price in the same time. Throughout my tenancy there wasn't a single thing that Mike and Phil wouldn't help me with, within a matter of a day or two, if not hours. Always very responsive (usually same day replies), kind and caring for their tenants which makes you feel like renting from friends rather than agency. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to rent a flat in peace without unnecessary drama and bureaucracy.

The best letting agency I have ever worked with, hands down! I lived in a property managed by Rivershill for nearly three years. They were always very receptive to things we needed and were friendly. The benefit of them having a small portfolio means that as a tenant you don't have to go through tonnes of beaurocracy to get anything done. Phillip and Mike were attentive and provided a great service. They normally responded same day to any problems and issues were very quickly resolved. We had very few issues living there and the move in and out process was very easy. I would definitely rent a property being managed by rivershill again.

I don't usually leave reviews but I have made the exception with fantastic Rivershill. Two hardworking guys with a brilliant work ethic that made everything so smooth for me and my partner when we moved into our first flat. Mike and Phil were very responsive when we needed anything and they always made sure if any repairs needed doing that they got done ASAP. They are always contactable and super professional. They don't leave you in the dark like some of the other big chain letting agents. It's like Mike and Phil treat the properties as their own homes. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Rivershill had been our property agents for around 3 years. Mike and Phil had been such a considerate and caring people that we never felt we are living in a rented property. They always gave a due thought and accommodated any request for any adaptations required to our needs. In-fact they went ahead and implemented better solutions even those they were more costly. They have a lovely team and the staff had also been very considerate and trustworthy. We have traveled across the 6 countries and 10 houses in the last 12 years but never had such supportive letting agents. I do not usually write reviews. In fact this is the first I have written online but I really feel that Rivershill deserve the recognition. I used them several years ago to find tenants for my flat and was particularly impressed with their service. So when I needed to find new tenants recently I went straight back to them. Again, they really went out of their way to ensure that they provided me with the best service they could. They are not happy with just finding 'a' tenant. They are keen to find the 'right' tenant. I was also especially impressed with how they dealt with several unforeseen issues that arose during the process. They were polite, friendly, professional and happy to offer advice and help where needed. I would highly recommend them and will be sure to use them again in future. Thanks Mike and Phil!
