I recently purchased my first home with Your Move Mary Ashton Denton, I would urge everyone to use the amazing team they have there. Mary kept in touch with me week on week for the entire process even after the office had closed and on occasion, when she wasn't even due in the office! Honestly, the customer service provided was the best I've ever received and when I come to sell the property, I will be using this company again. If you are a first time buyer like me, I couldn't recommend Mary Ashton more. Everyone in the office cares and they will go the extra mile for you without hesitation. We did not have to consider which estate agents services we would use to sell our home, your move were our only choice because the staff are absolutely brilliant. They were so good to us the first time round. Me and my partner first rang Your Move Mary Ashton a few months ago to registered as buyers. As First Time Buyer we were nervous and unsure on the process and what we need to do. Tom initially dealt with us and registered all our details and answer all our questions and queries- we had a lot 😂 Tom also booked us in to speak to one of their finical advisers, the service and information provide by Kevin was outstanding. He explained everything in detail and he or his assistant were always an email or phone call away if we had any questions. As a landlord seeking a new agent to manage my property, I have recently contacted a number of agents across the Manchester and Tameside area and I must say my interaction with Emma Farrell, the Lettings Manager has inspired my confidence by such a huge margin above everyone else that I am now seeking to engage them to be my agent going forward. Way above the rest!!! Had 5 valuations on my home, and your move gave the best information and first impressions. Not only that but we bought our last home through them and it went well, so we decided to go with them again.
