It's been a wonderfully smooth move-in with the help of Gabriel and the rest of the team at Zest! He's been super informative and response times are lightning fast! All queries and general things, like your documents, rent etc, are all managed and available online in one place. Super super handy. The rooms are also lovely. Great interior colour schemes. It's very spacious and easy to really make the spaces on offer feel like your own.

Just moved in to an amazing property at Ascroft Court. Gabriel Cristian was a lovely agent that goes all the way out to make sure that my check in went smoothly and always made sure my worries are off my shoulder. Would rate this 10/5 if I could. The housing Market is crazy right now and I was in a tough spot. Finding Zest and especially Gabriel was like finding a diamond in a pile of manure. From start to finish, Gabriel has been honest, attentive, professional, prompt and went the extra extra mile. He even offered to help carry my heavy furniture!! I’ve literally never bought a single letting agent thank you chocolates in my life but this is an amazing company with the best staff! The property is gorgeous, tidy, well-managed and even better than in the pictures. 11/10 I will literally try and follow this company if I ever had to move.

I had a good experience with Zest while in Oldham. The house and room were decent. Had a clothes dryer as well. The team was quite approachable and prompt. The new cleaning and repairs teams were very good. Checking in and out were quite smooth and hassle free.

I've been renting with Zest for 6 months now, the rooms are good value for money and the style of rolling contract works well for me. I was hesitant to go back into shared housing after graduating from university but Zest has been really good to deal with and I've reccomended them to a couple other people since moving in. They're usually pretty good when you raise an issue with the house, though occasionally weak on keeping you updated with the progress, but they will respond quickly when you ask for an update so I've been pretty happy with them.
