I can't recommend Chris enough, from the outset he is easy going, polite, approachable regarding every aspect of our house sale and the entire process! He made something very stress much much easier, always on the end of the phone or a message, any questions about the process answered, chasing up slow solicitors, even helped us with our move!! 9-5 doesn't apply because he cares! Our house was photographed Thursday, advertised Friday, Saturday and Sunday we have 12 viewing that's produced 5 offers, when the first offer we accepted pulled out he had already got the second one on place before we knew what had happened! Do not use a high street estate agent, they won't care about you, Chris will see you right I personally guarantee it!

Chris is by far, the best estate agent I have ever worked with. When I first met Chris, he gave me a fair valuation of my property, he was honest and promised that he would take care of us during the whole process and he was not lying. Chris works incredibly hard. Whatever situation arises, Chris is always proactive and goes above and beyond his responsibilities as an estate agent. My property was only on the market 16 hours before an offer was received and accepted. A few months later and we're completed and in our new home and none of this would have been possible without the amazing work Chris has put in. Thank you for everything Chris!

Chris Durrant has been the best estate agent I’ve ever used. To say we’ve been on a journey with Chris is an understatement (too long to even explain) but Chris has been outstanding throughout. Chris was excellent in the sale of our home!! It took a little longer then we all hoped but Chris always kept us in the loop; suggested different ideas to get the best exposure and we got there. Once sold, Chris did not stop there. I can't recommend Chris highly enough. He made the whole transaction go as smooth as possible, considering many obstacles. He made me feel at ease, that despite difficulties the transaction would come to a happy end! I know it's not a standard treatment on the market, I didn't get that comfort and feeling of being safe with the high street chain a few years ago with another transaction. I jokingly kept calling Chris a Godfather of this sale, he was present, supportive and very approachable. Worth mentioning, that I approached him first in 2019 with a really complex case and he didn't lose hope in me and kept offering advice and help - even though the final sale happened in 2022 (from the moment of it going actually on sale it took jus a couple of days! presentation and communication was superb)! If I could of given Chris a ten star rating i would give it, no problem at all. We were on the market for 10 weeks with Connells and had a very painful experience, with very little feedback and communication and no offers. Chris approached us via a letter drop and we gave him a call. He listened to our situation and gave us some free advice and offered his services to us. After a brief consultation, my wife and I decided to terminate our contract with Connells and sign up with Chris. He quickly arranged a photo shoot of the house and also produced his own video showcasing the property and our local area. We launched on a Saturday morning, and by the end of the weekend we had 6 viewings booked in on the Monday afternoon. Chris spent some good time with the prospective buyers, and by the Monday evening we had a solid offer at asking price. He has been tireless in his approach and has taken a lot of the stress away from the process by being the middle man between our solicitor, the buyers solicitor and the developer where our new home is being built. I can't thank Chris enough for his efforts and for getting our property sold to make the jump to our dream house a reality. I will certainly be reccomending Chris to my friends, relations and colleagues should they need an estate agent. He has an open and honest approach and was in constant communication with us at all times.

So much so that after he sold one of my properties in excess of what I expected, I recommend him to my father when he was looking to sell one of his properties, which being small block of apartments, was tricky given a limited market. We had received some communication through the door from Chris with regards to selling our property. We were sceptical at first but we decided to give him a try as viewings were dwindling due to Covid / Lockdown.
