K. J.Milton Keynes is a new area to me, and I just wanted to benefit from local knowledge. I made a same day appointment with Georgina and found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as patient, since I had so many questions. She even introduced me to the in-house mortgage advisor, Katy, who joined us briefly to explain that she would be happy to Zoom meet with me at a future date as not always easy for me to travel. Both ladies were lovely, and I left feeling happy and positive.

D.My view about Haart as a company had changed because when I moved into my house the previous manager was not taking anything seriously, I got a new manager and I just say things started changing. Riaz has been amazing i needed a new boiler fitted and new stove plates, he made sure to keep me updated with what the landlord was saying n always called the contractors to make sure they are doing their jobs and coming to appointments, If I could rate him 1000 starts I could Riaz has been AMAZING!!!

We have urgently requested a renting confirmation letter and to send to Mortgage lender. A friend of mine recommended Haat as they are better services. I contacted Tom and explained what I need. He immediately arranged his colleague Ryan Hurl to visit (even Tom was on leave on the visiting day) and issued us a letter on the same day. Due to different requests from lender, the letter has been amended many times, Ryan was so patient and always immediately respond.

N. S.Ryan Hurl from Haart was great in helping us find a rental in MK after being let down and disapointed by two our Rental Agencies. The process was quick and smooth and he was on hand to assist whenever we needed.
L. M.Saw a property in the area I have been trying to move too so I called haart and spoke with Ryan Tift. Stright awway he asked me some questions and then went awway to speak to the landlord. Two hours later he called me back and said the landlord is happy for him to go ahead and do the referencing Stright awway Ryan got me set up on the haart portal and got me started with homelet. I had few troubles with doing referencing on the homelet page but I called Ryan and he sorted it for me stright awway the next day the references come back good he then took me few a few more steps. The same day he also spoke with the landlords and got everything in place all with in a matter of two days outstanding customer service and a very nice company to work with.

However, The haart 24 hour maintenance was not responsive when needed in the evening, so it took a couple days to get the problem sorted. Once Chris took over, the issue was addressed.
Sabrina was very kind and helpful throughout our time as renters.
Although Haart wrongly tried to take our full damage deposit despite the damages being much less than that, she was very communicative and responsive when discussing a settled amount.
3 Stars for Haart as a company, but 5 stars for Sabrina.

He answered every question and within a couple of days had found a tenant who is now moved in. The whole process was seamless and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Recently my tenant moved out. Haart found a new tenant really quickly. The transition process was very capably managed by Sabrina who kept me informed throughout the process. If Deana was not in, it felt as if my queries were not picked up as promptly as they would be with her.

S. G.From my very first telecom with Kelita I had formed an opinion. This agent is thorough and completely professional. Kelita understands the property market but more so she understands what buyers require. Instantly I was put at ease and a viewing was arranged quickly but to my convenience.
Prior to the viewing Kelita requested all appropriate documentations and asked relevant questions so I was completely informed before we met. Kelita arrived early at the viewing. I was impressed with her personal appearance and warm welcoming smile. She introduced herself and presented me with documents for the property. She began by giving me a history of the location, neighbouring properties and showed me around the outside of the property. We then moved inside the property where each room was shown, key features pointed and everything explained fully. I fell in love with the property and instantly it felt like home. Kelita allowed me to ask questions but to be honest I did not have many as she had already covered most.
After the viewing, I made an offer which I am pleased to say was accepted. Everything then happened quickly and everyone in the chain were kept informed by Kelita. I did not have to do any of that. Kelita has so far made buying a property a less stressful process.
I have had several past experiences with other agents who made me feel rushed, inappropriately informed and made the experience less than pleasant. I have had to chase these agents for information but I no instance did I have to chase Kelita. Kelita delivers on her promise and always follow up thereby exceeding my expectations.
Kelita is thorough, prompt, trustworthy, intelligent, efficient and an asset to this company. I would undoubtedly recommend her to any one buying a property.
