Although we didn't purchase a house via Bailey & Co we found their communication and service across the process 1st Class. Jamie was on the ball from minute one and the advice we received from Ben on the market in that area was excellent. We would have no doubt using Bailey & Co again as either seller or buyer should the opportunity arise.

This isn't the first time we've used Bailey and Co to sell a property for us and it won't be the last either. As a property developer we rely on honest and accurate advice from an Estate Agent. When Jamie valued our latest project he discussed a clear marketing strategy which was backed up by his in depth knowledge of the local market and recent sale values of similar properties. They sold the property for more than we expected and did so within a week. I can't fault them at all. They were one of two estate agents recommended to me and when I asked for details they responded quickest. There website and pictures looked better than their competitors and their pricing was extremely competitive. I was out of the country due to Covid and they handled all viewings and provided access to surveyors etc. Best of all though was the personal service - they kept me informed at all stages, explained a number of issues I was having with the solicitors and helped smooth the way with the buyer when the process was stalling with the solicitors. Karen especially was superb. I would definately recommend them and I would use them again

They aren't the cheapest but but they certainly got the job done for got us, which we thought represented value for money. I was given a contact for Jamie from a friend, she told me they weren't the cheapest around but they were excellent, gave good service and would get you the price you wanted without and hassle - and she was right. I’ve used Bailey & Co, first for letting my house in Jesmond and then to sell it, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly and go over and above to make sure you are well looked after. Lettings are excellent and by far the most professional team I have used for renting my property. Miles better than the other agents I have dealt with in the area! The sales team achieved a final sum for my property which was substantially over the asking price and from appointing them and showing the property through to accepting an offer and handing over the keys, they were first class in every single respect. Could not ask for more!
