We have just purchased our student accommodation for next year with Hive and Amelia was brilliant throughout. We were a bit unsure and we kept changing our minds but Amelia was very patient and professional with us. We had numerous house viewings and each was very informative and honest aiding our decision. Overall was great customer service and communication, I would recommend Hive to everyone. 3 happy customers!

She took care of everything from arranging the first viewing to picking up the keys. Me and my partner started renting our first home this month with Hive estates and the experience really couldn’t have been better. The market for finding an available property was incredibly difficult but Hive estates delivered an amazing home which we both love! Amelia showed us round a couple of properties which were great but we especially liked this one. She was so friendly and helpful to work with, I don’t think we would have our lovely home without her!! We were so pleased when we found out we got the one we wanted (with the market being so busy), then moving forward Amelia and Kathy were incredibly responsive with all of our questions. I’ve never had this sort of experience with a letting agency before so it was really nice. Thank you again especially to those two! It has made the move pretty much stress-free.
