I had never used an auction house to sell a house before was always the open market process that was always long winded . So I decided that this time I would try the auction way and though a little sceptical initially found that the service I received was marvellous and professional. I would get updates every step of the way throughout the process and kept in the loop. please please stay away from this company , they will promise you the world in return you will be left counting the cost they promised me the world but sold my property under value and below my reserved price only so they get there commission ( £6000.00 ) i pulled out of the sale ,and sold my property in open market for £18500 more within two weeks please stay away from this lot please stay away from this lot nothing but robbing ........ s nothing but robbing ..........s

We have dealt with Meena Kapur during the purchase of our property. Meena was professional, understanding and helpful throughout the process. Although, we would never buy a property using this method of auction again (no reflection on IAM Sold in particular but the whole concept is not for us), Meena was a good listener, supportive and knowledgeable in dealing with the solicitors. Never having used this service before I was a little dubious but the first person I spoke to, Jamie ( really sorry that I can't remember his surname) put me at ease and made a really good start arranging the auction and getting the sale started. We then moved on to Alan Davis who continued in an similarly excellent way. Dawn Wildsmith then took over and saved me from the awful service from the solicitors involved. All 3 kept me in touch with what was going on and did an excellent job. Dawn then chased solicitors who seemed to have little idea how house sales work. Between them they seemed to mess up everything and Dawn was brilliant. Thankyou Steve

Cannot fault the iamsold team in the organisation of the property sale however disappointed with the performance of the solicitors they recommended. Would advise using your own solicitor as cheaper and quicker.
