Jan and her team recently helped my Great Aunt purchase her retirement property and all we can say are good things. From the very first phone call they were helpful and courteous. Jan personally assisted my Great Aunt from day one until it was time to hand over the keys. She kept in touch with solicitors and we were re assured and given every assistance above and beyond, often working outside of office hours for additional viewings and property visits that were needed. If I could give ten stars I would. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely exceptional service from Jan and Jordan. I had experience from both perspectives, buying a property via Jan, and selling mine with her too. In both cases the communication, help and support I received was second to none. We frequently spoke via email to check progress on both sides, and if I ever had a question it was answered quickly.
