Out of all of the estate agents that we had value the property, we felt that Pattinson's were the only ones that actually fully knew the area. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. They listened to our views and gave honest opinions of what they felt we needed to do to our home in order to sell it. Even though we weren't quite ready to market our property they then started to contact potential purchasers so that they could view as soon as it went on the market. The service that they offer really suited our needs as we didn't want to be involved in the viewings.They then followed through the sale with regular updates. Overall, I really can't fault anything about this amazing team. Thanks!

Wonderful experience of selling my house with Pattinson EA, Whickham branch. From first contact with the office and meeting Ian Robson when he came to value the house to handing the keys over on Tuesday to Taylor Hepple. Ian was friendly and had good knowledge of the area, gave sound advice as to the current housing market and how he would market the house through various selling domains. Good clear photographs, detailed house information and a clear selling strategy. My main contact was with Taylor Hepple. Taylor kept me informed of viewings and contacted me most days to update me on any progress with the sale. She is certainly an asset to the office. Through her and her colleagues hard work, we had an offer within 6 weeks. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the service I received from this branch. Well what can I say!!! From the minute I spoke to Lyndsay Greenwell at the Whickham office I knew the sale of my house was in good hands. I rang on the Tuesday evening and Ian came out next door and took photos and did a video tour. He explained the process and away he went. Lyndsay took a key so they could do the viewings which was a huge help to me with work commitments etc. The house sold in just over a week with Lyndsay keeping in with the loop every step of the way with viewings and feedback. I really can't recommend Pattinsons and the Whickham office enough. If I could give more than 5 stars then I would. Thank you so much for making our 1st selling experience so so easy.
