They were kind enough to allow us to access their services in person last year to ease our submission of relevant papers, etc, as Covid restrictions were becoming hard to circumvent and our time in Newcastle was limited.Our purchase was complicated by the resistance of the seller to move on as they promised and I felt ( at times) that I was leading the process to seek clarity.
