A great agent that I have used many times. Having experienced working with other estate agents I would rate Sarah Mains above anyone else. Their initial valuation was good and sales team also very friendly and willing to help when asked to do so. If I had any problems I just had to call. If I had to be picky and say one thing that could be improved that would be communicating developments as soon as they happen to appease anxious sellers.
