10/10, honestly from the bottom of our hearts we couldn’t thank WalkersXchange enough. WalkersXchange was recommended to us by First Mortgage after having a few other estate agents out and from the get go, we knew they were the one. Chris came out, super friendly, easy to talk to and he knew exactly what he was he was doing, we could immediately tell he was genuine and didn’t try and force us into going with them. Photos were taken on the first day and Chris done a grand job, they looked amazing. Our house sold within 2, maybe 3 days. It’s the first house we’ve sold and Julie, John and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. Arranging viewings was a breeze and when it came down to the crunch in accepting the offer, Chris offered amazing advice and we closed on a deal more than we were expecting. When it come to finding a solicitor to handle the sale and purchase of our property, something we were stressing over a little, after one quick chat with Julie, the stress was removed and she put us in contact with a great solicitor they use and from there on it was plain sailing. I genuinely don’t have anything bad I can say, everything was perfect, communication was on point, they were super responsive to calls and emails and bridged the gap between us and our buyers. There’s just something about a family run business that hits a little bit different, we could genuinely tell they cared about us and done everything they could to support us throughout the entire process. As long as WalkersXchange are on the market, they’ve a customer in us should we ever look to move, 100%. Thank you so much.

Within 24 hours of making contact several excellent photographs had been taken & the property was listed on the web following our approval of the content. Within a couple of days several viewings were arranged, and a sale agreed in less than 14 days. John worked hard to negotiate the best possible deal on our behalf & the house sold for a higher price than we expected. Throughout the whole process and right up until contracts were exchanged the communication from Chris, John & Julie was outstanding. We were kept informed every step of the way.
