I have had a tenancy agreement through Wilson Defraine since June 2020. From the very first meeting with their staff I was hugely impressed with how helpful they were, especially during a very difficult time with COVID19 restrictions. Kelly in particular has been amazing. During my time renting a property through Wilson Defraine I experienced an issue with the boiler. I reported this issue to Kelly and within 3 hours an engineer was there and fixed the issue. I was hugely impressed with this customer service and she is a credit to the business. 5 star service and I would highly recommend them in future!

I engaged them to handle the sale of my parent’s house and (since I don’t live in Newcastle) they had to deal with any problems and conduct all of the viewings. I bought a property through Wilson Defraine and can’t recommend them enough , they pay so much attention to the detail , they are the most genuine out of the local agents that’s for sure . Buying from a family company means these people are invested in providing the best service , we dealt with Hayley through our whole purchase journey , she was informative and very knowledgable and despite how busy they were there was always time to respond to us the same business day . On the day we collected the keys we were given a lovely moving in gift of a beautiful orchid and Wished all the best in our family home (even a little hand written card) , these gestures don’t go un noticed . A fantastic family ran business who made the buying process so stress free for me :)

The beauty of this estate agent is the community focussed client care throughout the greater Newcastle area Jools was willing and able to implement my ideas as well as guiding me with her own expertise. Great attention is given to the details of the property and super attractive photographs. This isn't a large chain estate agents but their proactive approach Will sell your property. My apartment was 1 of 4 on the same estate, Wilson defraine sold mine - the others have not sold to date. Hayley maintained friendly communication links between all parties until the completion which was a comforting anchor.
