I dealt with Chloe, David and Ash. Chloe was absolutely amazing. I emailed her with loads of questions and she was always happy to help. I viewed a property with her and she was really helpful. She gave me a rundown of the area. It made me feel at ease. We were able to move in within 1 week, it was such a smooth and quick process. This is the first time I'm leaving a review for an estate agent as I feel the name is worthy and too great not to get a mention. So I met up with a rep from Haart estate agent, the rep (Jake Gage) was the person who I was booked for a viewing with, he was well dressed, very polite, well spoken and most of all welcomed me with a smile, unlike others estate agents Jake knew ins and outs of the property and answered every question I had asked. Also unlike other estate agents who sometimes felt like they didn't want to be there I received a follow up call which was a nice touch as it showed that my view of the property mattered and if Haart could do anything to help. After a lengthy and exchange of pleasantries Jake had found a property which met my criteria and sent an advert. I truly felt very valued and must say I will be dealing with Haart going forward as if Haart have agents like Jake who I must say is a great asset to the firm then I will be recommending them to friends and family. My agent David was friendly and efficient and had my property on the market within a day of taking on the account. Our house had it’s photos, inventory, photos uploaded online and had all paperwork completed and a resident living in it within the space of 3 weeks! They will stop at nothing. We had few days/daily check in until the house was rented. We were with another agency at first and in 2 months had NO viewings. So we moved to Haart who even collected the keys for us from the other agency as we had moved country. We had viewings immediately and the photographer was outstanding! I would like to especially thank Ash for being on constant communication and advice and photos at all times of the day and night! He also collected our keys and went to the property many times to get it right for us. Dave for his amazing drone skills and taking even more photos, working on his weekends and finding us a tenant! Jack for helping us with viewings and offering updates too. Absolute dream team! (A property has to be sold online first. Haart’s dedication to their photos and videos are what first got our viewers in finally and then the rest was history with the team they have at the helm. I wish I could share the difference in photo skill, quality (and time) from our previous rental company experience, you will just have to believe me!)

We used Haart Newport branch to sell a property during the first Covid lockdown in 2020. They were excellent, slightly dearer than their competitors but you only get what you pay for in life. Levi their sales negotiator was professional and clearly a honest man, Danielle Smith and Sarah the branch manager worked so hard liasing with all parties involved in the sale and purchase. The telephone was usually answered promptly and messages left were always replied to the same day. I contacted two other local agents before Haart, one did not even take the trouble to return my call, they failed at the first fence. I would use Haart again without hesitation.
