HMO Heaven was on the info list from Ballet Cymru (and they have rented rooms previously to dancers). The correspondence I had with a couple of the staff at HMO Heaven staff was very friendly, but in particular, Luke was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us! We spoke on the 'phone and corresponded via email and he was both friendly and personable. It was such a change to have that personal touch!
