They are excellent at dealing with repairs in a very timely manner, something I can't say I've experienced before! Lauren especially has been really helpful to us, and the whole team are nice and friendly. If we were to move out of our current property Luscombe & Co would be our first choice for a lettings agency.

W.I recently engaged the services of Luscombe & Co to find a new tenant for one of my properties, the guys were fantastic, I spoke to them on the Thursday evening and midday on the Friday I had a viewing at the property, the first tenant to view took it there and then, all due to the quality of tenants on their books.
The team in the office have been fantastic and a seamless transfer has taken place, my tenant is in and my sincere thanks go to Lloyd, Tom and Barrie for dealing with the back office stuff on my behalf.

I would like to be able to tell you more about the level of communication during the process of finding a tenant, but the property wasn't empty long enough to judge! The day I called up, Luscombe & Co. had somebody out to my house to run through different services with me and take pictures. The morning after that they rang me to let me know that the property had been advertised, and by the end of the week they had conducted 4 viewings, given me detailed feedback on every single one, and found me the perfect tenant.
I have held off until know on posting my review just because I wanted to see if my tenants were as good as Luscombe & Co. told me they would be, and they certainly have been! I was able to see the referencing documents that they collected, they ran me through all of the references that they obtained from previous landlords and employers, and I was even offered the chance to meet my tenants prior to signing the tenancy (I chose not to because Luscombes are managing the property).
I'm not sure whether this make sense or even if anyone will read it, but if you're thinking about renting out your property it's definitely worth giving Luscombe & Co. a go!

A. W.It has been a bitter-sweet few days since completion of the house sale. We've been with Luscombe ever since the house was built. When was it. 5 years go? I am sad that following completion it's like losing a family but obviously pleased that, despite the challenges of coronavirus lockdown we've met our original objective and the sale is complete. It started with a meeting with Jane and the highly successful rental of the property, dealing largely with a very helpful Barrie. This was the first time we had become a landlord and rented out, so being green we needed the help. Tenants over the period were all great, superbly selected and managed by Luscombe. When it came to selling the property as we needed access to cash, it was really convenient for Luscombe to also handle the sale. This transition, particularly marketing and viewings, was ably handled with Penny's help. Timing could have been better as we were in the middle of the Brexit fiasco and a depressed housing market, and when we finally got a buyer, the coronavirus hit and we were in lockdown. But despite all the resulting frustrations;, the housing market put on hold in Wales, the buyers' daughter going down with the virus, and a very long chain, Lauren kept us sane and completion went ahead as planned with all the guidelines on social distancing etc, before the market had been opened up in Wales. Can't thank you enough. You were great Best wishes for the future.
