Brilliant Company have used them for many years ! Service is second to none they are Top Class in every way. Any problems with the property they sort it out in a personal and honest way with a ‘can do’ mentality. Sophie & Dean cover all requirements that any landlord and tenant would want. I highly recommend this Company to all landlords & tenants without any hesitation. They are a credit to Island businesses.

I have one property, which Merriebank have managed for me over the last few years. I live on the mainland and have found their service gives me peace of mind, knowing that any issues with the property are sorted promptly and at a very reasonable price. They have found me a number of new tenants, and I feel confident they have been properly checked. I have have always been kept informed when tenant changes were needed or there has been any maintenance issues to resolve. Their charges are fair and reasonable and I would recommend Merriebank to other property owners.

Can't recommend Dean enough (and luckily for me a friend recommended him to me) I had to move back to Australia so needed to rent out my house. He took care of everything (photos, inventory, advertising, various gas/electric certificates etc) and made sure I had good tenants. Whats great is that I don't have to think about it, as know my little house is in good hands. Also the tenants are happy which is important to me. Thank you Dean!

when looking to rent a property after moving out of home, I came across Merriebank Lettings Facebook page and found an ideal 1 bedroom flat In Ventnor and viewed it a few days later! Fell in love with it and Dean Sophie and Nicky was very professional and they helped me throughout everything and kept me updated on all the process and very professional with this And when I needed help with issues with the property, they were speedy and efficient with getting people round to sort the problems out upon Inspections they were very friendly and nothing was never much trouble at all for any of them I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again if I was going to move again! 5 stars guys ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
