We arrived at a hasty decision to move not just house but country, having viewed & purchased a villa in Cyrprus in March we were really unsure how to proceed. We didn't want to spend months with the house on the open market, sales falling through and the prospect of keeping an unoccuped house heated through winter. Nor did we want viewers trooping through the house whilst we were living in it and, packing the things up which we were shipping to Cyprus. So auction via Paul Fosh was the natural choice. Angie visited the house and gave us her thoughts on price which we readily agreed with. We arranged with Angie that we would post her the house keys when we left UK in May and she would then get photo's and a video done ready for auction in August. Sales documents we needed to sign was all done digitally no need to visit the office or print/sign/scan/email documents, very slick indeed. We had the pleasure of watching the online auction and the sale of our house. We found it a very positive experience, we had good communication with Angie and the team and we are so pleased we made what was for us the right choice of how we sold the house.

Paul Fosh are a great firm to do business with. I have bought and sold property with Paul Fosh for many years. They give instant realistic assessment of property values. Sean Roper was with us the next working day when we told them we wanted to sell a property. He arranged for it to go into the next sale and within literally weeks the property was sold and it went for way over the reserve price. Gemma in the office is equally efficient and has her finger on the pulse and is very professional. She keeps you fully informed and ensures that all paperwork is in place in good time. The photographer and video cameraman was also very flexible and did a great job. The website is very easy to navigate and in the lead up to the sale they send you a statistical breakdown of the level of interest. It is exiting at the end, a bit like cheering on a winner at the Grand National. To cap it all I had a phone call from Mr Paul Fosh just before the sale started wishing me luck. We have just sold a property through Paul Fosh auctions. We dealt with Sean Roper from the start and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and very personable. Before the property was listed Sean came up to view himself so he was able to discuss the property with any buyers and was very supportive throughout the process; he gave us feedback about our pricing and although the first auction there was very little interest he encouraged us to wait as in his experience it was a well priced property for the right buyer. Shortly afterwards we had two buyers who were interested and Sean handled all the negotiations with the help of their local agent Mr Paul Wiley at Hunters in Llandrindod Wells. The end result was our property was sold at a price we were happy with within 6 weeks of it being listed with Paul Fosh Auctions. I would recommend Sean and the team without reservation and feel sure we will use their service again.

I have sold a couple of houses via Paul Fosh Auctions in the past at physical auction sites, and was very pleased with those results. This is the first time I have used their on-line auction. The onboarding process is straightforward. Sean and Gemma guided me through the process in a friendly but professional manner with regular updates and answers to my queries. The on-line catalogue is fantastic, especially the 3D walk-through and dolls-house view of the properties. For the buyers it saves time that would be wasted visiting properties that turn out to be unsuitable. Potential buyers can download the legal pack beforehand so they are fully informed before they start bidding. As I was abroad, being able to watch the bidding on-line was a real boon.
