I recently bought through Watson Bull & Porter Newport and can’t thank the team enough for the help and support throughout the whole process. As a first time buyer I needed all the help I could get! From the get go the team were brilliant, I had great advice from Paul for my mortgage and the sales team, particularly Lauren and Lee, who helped me so much along the way and helped to ensure it was a smooth and fast purchase!! Finding somewhere off of the Island when you're on the mainland is notoriously difficult, from the video tour I secured my new home and it's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Lauren and Daniel. Laurens positive cherpy demeanor had a wonderfully calming effect in a very stressful time. Nothing was too much and the team worked tirelessly to chase my garentour company so I could move at very short notice. They even helped me on my business move day when I misplaced my keys, absolutely fantastic customer service very much appreciated 🙏

So recently it’s been really difficult finding houses etc as there’s not many places going but I had a phone call from Lauren offering a veiwing for a house!! Me and my partner took the opportunity too go for it😁 the agent I had (Lauren Betterton) was absolutely amazing she was so helpful and kept me up to date with everything. Im a anxious person who likes to be in the loop with things and Lauren really helped with this as she went through everything needed also was quick with replies by email when ever I had messaged!! I’m so suprised with how easy this move was as a lot of agencies like to drag it out with paper work etc but Lauren made it as easy as possible for us so we could get moved in!! Couldn’t thank you enough😌
