I chose to use Ray and Emma initially because they know the village and who better to sell the amazing village than two residents. Jon and Jeremy are a brilliant team and are the reason we sold our house. We had been with a different agency for months and nothing happened. They both took control, changed the approach, took AMAZING photos and got us a buyer where others couldn’t. What really sets them apart is that it didn’t stop there. So many estate agents lose interest once the sale is agreed. Horts were the opposite, were constantly chasing and made things happen.
