Jon and Jeremy are a brilliant team and are the reason we sold our house. We had been with a different agency for months and nothing happened. I chose to use Ray and Emma initially because they know the village and who better to sell the amazing village than two residents. We unfortunately had 2 buyers pull out and the support and perseverance from Emma was second to none, and soon enough we sold for the 3rd and final time. As this was my first house sale, I was looking for someone to be able to look after the sale of my home, someone I could trust that they knew the current market as their judgement on what to value the property at would be in their hands. From the start, Omar showed great professionalism talking me through their process and the benefits Horts could offer. They were great value for money and the quality of the images were perfectly taken for the property and these were online within 24 hours. I had regular updates from Omar during the viewing process as well as their portal update service and once I had accepted an offer, Omar would keep me informed at what stage we were at, what I needed to do and would chase my buying party when required without me even asking. Emma and Ray are fantastic estate agents. At every point we were kept up to date with progress of our sale and purchase; not once did we have to chase them for a response. They were liaising with our vendor, solicitors and buyer throughout the process to get everything tied up as soon as was possible.
