We had an amazing experience with Your Move, especially with Johnny! He showed us the property and was very informative and professional. We send him an email an hour after the viewing, saying that we were very interested. We received a call back from him within an hour taking extra information for the application. By the end of the day he called us back with amazing news and went through the application process with us. Johnny kept both myself and my partner informed along the way and was helpful to answer any questions we had. Johnny followed up with us multiple times a day about the steps and really had our best interest at heart. We would definitely 100% recommend Your Move and especially Johnny!

Where do I start!!! If there was 10 star option they would get it It’s been a long road but Your Move Duston you have been amazing right from the word go. Going above and beyond all of the time to make sure our house sold and more so in the last 6months when we really needed our house to sell you worked extremely hard to get us sold. I could write endlessly about the experience with you but as I said where do I start other than AMAZING!! We would have given 5 stars, but felt we could have been contacted a bit more. Lots of customers looking to buy, but unfortunately the one we chose pulled out after several weeks. We felt had they been chased up a bit more by the agents we would have found this out sooner, after finding our dream home, it was through the patience of the sellers through another estate agents, we were able to eventually go ahead with the purchase after another buyer for our old house, had been found. The staff at Your Move seemed very friendly though and helped us price the property originally, although we did have to drop the price after the original buyers pulled out. A very stressful experience.

I found Jonathan Wilson very professional, no nonsense, no pressure and very realistic with pricing point, as he was selling my late father's property. We had an awesome experience. We had a property to let. This was done very professional from the talking over the telephone and the viewing of the property. The taking of the photographs and there was even a video of the property done to make it easier for the clients to view the property online. We lots of people viewing the property which was great. Your Move were not even my agents yet I wouldn't be sitting here in my new home if it weren't for them - specifically Jess. I sold my house via an internet only agent and there were multiple (endless!) complications in the chain. Jess @ Your Move worked so hard and went well above and beyond in getting information, finding answers, chasing problem buyers and solicitors whilst keeping us updated every step of the way. If i could leave 10 stars I would!!! Sold my property in quick time at a good price, this was only the start though. People think only about the sale of the property, but the real work begins once the property has an offer accepted. We had a chain of 5 and the investment buyer at the bottom was so difficult, they delayed the move at every possible turn. Without the absolutely dedicated team at Duston Your move, and their collaborative team at Kingsthorpe we just wouldnt have even managed to get this across the line. Unfortunately the lower chain were all with an Internet Seller and so the after sale support was nothing - they pay their 'low' fee up front, there is no incentive for these agents to then assist during the most difficult time - they are literally selling you a space on Rightmove, after the experience with this chain I would never again sell to anyone who had sold through PB. You get what you pay for, & if you think agents fees are high I can tell you that if anything gets complicated on your sale they earn every penny of it. These guys did, their dedicated team (Jess - my hero) in the background ended up working for the entire chain as they only had PB aftersales to go to who were less than useless. No matter Jess worked her soul out to get this across the line with 1 particularly difficult person in the chain, without her efforts for all of us it would have collapsed. It has been a stressfull few months but with the help of Johnny, Jess, Jonathan and team we got there. If you want to sell quick, at a good price and have top class support throughout you need to use Your move. THANK YOU!!!!!
