The team in Abbott’s of Wroxham are unique, they have the client at the forefront at all times; nothing is too much trouble and their expertise and professionalism goes beyond expectations. Our contact in the office was Sharon Taylor; she was remarkable...a friendly and totally reliable person with whom to put any queries or concerns to, knowing that they would be resolved competently and reassuringly very quickly. We have been incredibly lucky to have Abbotts as our estate agents. They have been fantastic from the beginning including the sale of our property and especially during the post sale process. Due to issues in our long chain, because of others below us not getting mortgages approved twice, it led to the process taking 7 months. This led to a few moments where people were close to pulling out and collapsing the chain completely. Thankfully Emma at Abbotts was at hand to communicate effectively with all parties in the chain and keep things going smoothly until we finally exchanged contracts. For anyone trying to decide which agent to use in this area, I would recommend Abbotts without hesitation. Thanks to the entire Abbotts team (especially Emma!) who have been like our family during lockdown!

Abbotts have recently sold a property for me - it was on the market for nearly two years, and whilst they were proactive to start with, things did drop off for a while, but possibly because of the political situation. However suddenly a buyer surfaced, but there were a number of problems, and I was particularly impressed with the way Emma Fiske picked up the reins in her Sales Progression role, and kept in touch with all parties, advising me on a regular basis in terms of what was happening, which I greatly appreciated. We required patience in the extreme, but Emma was very proactive and was almost as delighted as I was once we achieved completion! I would definitely recommend Abbotts, their staff were always friendly and approachable, and eventually we achieved a sale!

Where do I start with Abbott’s. From the moment I met Paul Cobb, I knew we were in good hands. The team, Emma, Sharon, Vicky and Kelvin were all amazing. They were like personal/private estate agents - I felt so well looked after. They did all the work. I felt so relaxed. Our property was an unusual sale as it is a massive house, (not for everyone) some of it is as old as 1836. We were a little concerned it would take forever to sell. Paul reassured us it would sell - no worries. I totally trusted him. You’ll see what I mean when you meet him. The couple who bought the house absolutely love it. I have to say, even with the chain being complicated, as the bottom end had a few issues. Abbott’s were on it constantly. They stayed in touch and kept me posted. They reassured me and I can honestly say I never stressed because I felt they really took control of it all for us. I can not recommend them highly enough. They were all superb.

I can find nothing but praise in the excellent order for the way that they handled the selling of our house in Buxton.
