There are not enough superlatives to accurately describe the service provided by Yvonne. I was filled with total confidence from the very first time she visited my property when I explained the need for urgency in my sale. She recommended an Open House approach with 15-minute timed viewings on the following Saturday. The superb photos and drone footage on Rightmove meant that on that Saturday, only five days later, 9 people viewed; and two days after that, when the necessary vetting had been done, it was sold to one of them. During the whole process Yvonne was so positive, reassuring and professional. The personal service was outstanding. She remained in constant contact with regular updates, and there was not once when she herself did not answer the phone when I had a question. An astonishingly professional service from a caring and friendly independent agency. I have no hesitation in giving her the highest accolade possible, and clearly would highly recommend her.

Yvonne and Cherie at Astley & Co sold our house for us in 2016. Their terms were very competitive and their work consistently excellent. Staff at Astley & Co communicate with each other as well as with their clients, unlike some of their larger competitors - working with the latter can be akin to a bad call centre experience. Our house was on the market less than a week before Astley's had arranged our first viewings and we sold it very quickly at the price we wanted. Throughout the subsequent wait before we found and bought the house we wanted Yvonne and Cherie were great, and helped to keep our patient buyers onside. In addition to the nuts and bolts of the sale, they were great when it came to recommending competitively priced and efficient conveyancers, removals companies etc. In the case of the (fully insured, professionally registered) removals company they recommended we saved hundreds of pounds. Overall the stress of selling and buying was lessened by the fact that we were dealing with this agency; we would definitely use them again and recommend them most enthusiastically.

I just cannot find the words to properly express how good Astley & Co were in the sale of my house. Not only did they find me the perfect buyer, they also then made it possible them to buy mine by also selling theirs!
