S. H.I recently dealt with Sam at Coast & Country as a purchaser and was more than impressed.
Sam was incredibly helpful in relaying correspondence from the seller to us which really meant that matters were resolved much quicker than awaiting solicitor's response.
Sam also kept the pressure on the seller's solicitor who was not giving the matter the priority it deserved.
