I recently had a couple of experiences with Haart involving a house viewing and evaluation, both of which were with Kimberley Wild. Each were great and it was a pleasure being guided through both experiences with Kimberley. She was very informative and very easy to chat to, and I came away from the appointments feeling confident in making the necessary decisions. All in all, a great experience with Haart. Our recent experience with Haart has been entirely positive & extremely refreshing, such amazing customer service & a super friendly team. Victoria's initial visit to value our property was a very positive experience. She was honest, informative & encouraging, her approach was friendly & realistic, she definitely got us on board with Haart! Tyrone came to do our photographs and we were so impressed with his friendly, accommodating approach & his care & attention to detail whilst taking photo's. He was so obliging & easy to work with, we felt very comfortable with him in our house. His customer service has been incredible, he is a real asset to Haart! This was all about the visit to our home but the best surprise was when we saw the quality of the photos he took, all I can say is 'WOW', the photos are amazing & truly show our house off to the highest expectations, he certainly has an eye for detail & the patience to ensure its captured, fabulous photo's! All in all, everyone we have dealt with at the Norwich office have been brilliant, we are now live on the market & are very excited to see how Haart market our property, we feel in very safe hands!
