S. P.Hi everybody. Having used Kings & Co for a number of years now I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Always courteous, professional and prompt they are everything that I could want as a landlord. Whether it be the seemingly routine tasks or the search for a new tenant and all that entails Kings & Co have been absolutely fantastic. I completely rely on their expertise to manage my property and in every instance they excel.

B. S.I honestly can't believe there can be a better lettings agent than Kings & Co. As a landlord living a three hour drive away from my property, it is so reassuring to know that they are keeping an eye on things. If any problems do arise, the staff promptly make me aware AND offer a solution. Usually all I have to do is say "fine, go ahead". Absolutely first-class friendly service at a reasonable price. If you need a lettings agent in Norwich, look no further!

M. M.Sally White and her team always give excellent communication and service. They come to you with solutions for any issues or maintenance problems that occur. I have been with them for 5 years. If my other properties were in Norwich I would put tham all with Kings.

D.Was a tenant with Kings and Co for three hassle free years. Communication was very good on the whole, plenty of notice for inspections for example. Occasionally it would take a while to get a call back - this is normal, they are busy and it's not always the same person in the office, just call again if it's urgent and they will always help. Finally our deposit was returned within a couple of days with no issues, as a tenant I can only recommend them.
