Great service from my property advisor George. He was really helpful in getting a current status report on the property condition swiftly raised and in helping with a review of the upcoming lease renewal . I was impressed with his knowledge and customer focus on all aspects of my current needs and I am confident my property investment is in good hands going forward. In the current unstable world It was a pleasant change to receive some good old fashioned customer service and confidence inspiring advice.Many thanks George and all at Leaders.

My Overall experience with Leaders was positive, however I have two issues. The first was that when securing my property to rent I was told that a higher offer was made for the property but the amount could not be disclosed. I did some research and it looks like not disclosing the amount is a tactic to drive up the amount of money gained by the landlord/estate agent, to encourage a renter to offer more money than they have to, as there is no law that says offers cannot be disclosed. While I still feel that the house I am renting was worth it I can't say that this is a practice I particularly agree with, especially as the cost of living/renting is currently so high, and if I was not hard pressed to find somewhere to live quickly I might have declined to make an offer if the estate agent was acting like this. I also had quite a lot of problems sorting out my tenancy agreement and while it was sorted in the end the process was a little rough and at times what I had to do and provide was not made clear. A big thank you however to Thomas who was very helpful and managed to sort out everything in the end.

Our experience with leaders was very positive. Jack Carter, who was our agent was brilliant. We had just moved to the UK and a lot of landlords were not very happy to rent to us as we did not have any previous references or credit history in the UK. But Jack did a great job of helping us secure the property that we are currently in. We had a few glitches along the way, but he was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He helped the transition progress smoothly and we really appreciate everything that was done for us. thank you!

But I must leave a review to George Batley, who has done a fantastic job as property manager and gave me all the necessary support when I decided to end my tenancy to move to a different place. I am happy to report that I have received excellent service and support from Kimberly Loftus, Property Manager for Leaders Letting & Estate Agents in Norwich, for her swift action to tend to my needs. The boiler in my house stopped working during a very cold week and she was quick to make arrangements through my Landlord to have one of Leader's contractors install a replacement. She deserves a lot of credit for her efficiency and concern to make sure that I would have heat and hot water in in the house again. She is indeed an asset to Leaders and I thank her for all that she has done.

I would highly recommend Leaders Letting Service and Jess Carney. I move to them after a poor experience with another local agent. The switch process was easy and Leaders were very accommodating. Jess Carney has been my property manager since early 2019 and she has been amazing. She is responsive, efficient, and friendly and always provides sound advice. Leaders have been looking after my properties for over 20 years now, and as I live overseas, have continuously given me excellent service. Emma and Katie go above and beyond just a "normal service"...they have been happy to answer my questions out of office hours, ( I live in Australia) . They dont just tell me what needs doing, they are always happy to talk through options and when asked, offer advise based on their experience. I cannot recommend them, or Leaders highly enough... and to be honest.. I wish they would look after my Australian Properties, as I cant find anyone that comes close to them here!
