Paul at Morton Reeves Estate Agents was fantastic from start to finish. The initial consultation and valuation was professional, honest and without any pressure to make decisions. Paul gave good advice which reflected the market and my individual circumstances. Paul also took time to get to know me and to understand how I wished to manage my sale- I am a teacher so I cannot answer phone calls during the day. Paul respected my wishes and I was able to trust his judgement about arranging steps during the process. Paul put together an excellent advertisement for my property and came to the house multiple times to capture the house in different lights. Morton Reeves conducted the viewings and within 2 weeks an offer had been accepted. Paul went above and beyond to communicate between the buyer and myself- even if it was outside of working hours. Throughout the selling process Paul communicated between myself and the buyer and would always get back to me on the same day. Paul kept me in the loop and chased up both solicitors. I wouldn't hesitate to sell my property with Morton Reeves again- I cannot fault what has been a seamless sale. Thank you Paul.

Lee from Morton Reeves, managed our house sale, and offered some brilliant advice on preparing the house ready for sale, then managed the empty property for us, as we had to move out prior to sale. Lee organised for some small decorating and remedial work to be completed to an excellent standard. From our first meeting Leigh was very informative, professional and had a good knowledge of the local area resulting in an accurate and honest valuation. Leigh carried out all the viewings and kept us informed every step of the way. Although the selling process was complicated at times (Land Registry!!!!) Oh, how I wish that all estate agents were like Leigh Reeves! No, not just like him but were him! If I could clone one person in this world it would be Leigh Reeves so that everyone, everywhere, who is buying or selling a property could experience what a joy it has been to do business with him. Because Leigh Reeves is very, very special. And I know this even though I have never met him in person. All my dealings with him involving the sale of my house were over the phone or by email and he excelled in both types of communication, phoning me back promptly if he had missed a call, emailing me every time there was the merest snippet of news about the sale and keeping me up-to-date with all the twists and turns that selling a house can bring. He also has a very pleasant telephone manner which is reassuring, comforting and sympathetic, even when he has to convey bad news, and a youthful voice which belies the years that he has been in the estate agency business. And he knows that business back-to front and sideways which was helpful not just for me but also my buyer, a young man who was about to get on the housing ladder with his first house purchase. Leigh’s helping hand and experience guided him safely through the property buying process. I have bought and sold a few properties over the years but never have I encountered an estate agent like Leigh who fully involved himself in the sale of my house right from the beginning and, by the way, earned every pound of his fee. Oh, if only Leigh were able to help me sell and buy another property, but he is in Norwich and I am not. Perhaps I will just hang on to my property for a few more years, or perhaps forever, until Leigh’s clones can be found in all estate agents. Until then, my advice to all those who are lucky enough to live in Norwich and East Anglia is to grab the opportunity to employ Leigh Reeves as your estate agent if you are buying or selling property. You will not regret it.

Leigh was thoughtful and compassionate in dealings with my mother, and went above the call if duty to help during Covid restrictions.
