Very happy with the professional and friendly service we received from the team at the Stalham branch, especially from Kim and Josh. Have had bad experience from other local estate agents in the past. So happy we chose to use Savannah this time. Just before the first lockdown last year, Savannah not only managed to quickly sell our house, they also found us the house of our dreams, our forever home. Thoroughly recommend them. I recently had cause to have a house valued and then sold. Savannah Estates was the only agent (of three) who provided what I wanted for the valuation, i.e. a letter detailing the value of the property and nothing more. The house was then placed in Gary and Kim's team's hands to market and sell. Their knowledge of the market was excellent and the advice on preparing the property was sound and their efforts resulted in a quick sale. I was kept fully informed at all stages of the sale from contracting them to sell the house through to completion. The fixed prices for both sale and EPC inspection meant I knew exactly what the cost would be up front.
