Your Move was the estate agent we bought our house through in Jan this year. Emma, Lee and Jack were absolutely brilliant. We were in a long and complex chain, they all went above and beyond, speaking with other parties to make a difficult process as smooth as possible. Delighted with the service from the lettings manager Simon Coates at Your Move who found me a lovely flat in Norwich, and since the start I have been thrilled with the service. In particular Emma made our house sale run as smooth as possible, she was attentive, friendly, kept us up to date regularly and when she said she would. She liaised with other parties in the chain and generally went above and beyond what an agent should do. I have no hesitation in recommending Your Move and Emma. Simon was also fantastic, picking up the workload when Emma was on holiday or on a day off. We had previously tried another couple of agencies in Norwich who were very slack in their approach.
