Not the best agency I’ve rented from. Pros: They’re usually quick to respond to maintenance calls and efficient with the admin side. Cons: Communication is poor! Don’t expect any response to emails or calls returned. And if they do respond, expect half an answer or just very little clarification.

I have reported some problems with the flat on the viewing day, I was told that it will be fixed before I move in but it was not. However, it was fixed very quickly when I reported it as a tenant. Other than that they were so helpful, explained everything in details, they were so accurate with there viewing dates and times. I am happy with this experience so far.

OMG what a breath of fresh air! This company took over the management of our rented apartment recently. They cannot do enough to help. Immediately they resolved all of the issues we had with the previous managing agents and every time you speak to them they are professional, courteous and go above and beyond. I have dealt with many managing agents in my profession but rarely do you come across such a professional outfit as these guys. Would have no problem recommending them to potential renters and I think if you are a landlord you would struggle to find a better agent. Superb!!
