Express Sales were great. I often wonder why estate agent fees are so high but they were definitely worth it. They were efficient and effective and made the whole process work. Brad & Kerry urged me to allow them to market my flat for the bank holiday and had sold it within the week. We decided to sell our house late last year and after Richard came to value the property, we chose Express Sales, the photos that Richard took were very good and we had a lot of interest immediately. It is worth noting that whilst they looked good, they were not the misleading wide angle shots that lead to disappointment when you see the property in the flesh, just photos that showed the property at its best. I moved into my current flat on the promise that issues such as broken shower door and missing/faulty light bulbs would be fixed. The broken bulbs took a couple of months, the missing ones never got replaced. The shower door still hasn't been fixed. There was also an issue with the heater in the flat which took quite a while to sort and a complaint to the council. When I moved in the gate key fob was also broken (missing buttons), was promised a replacement which never materialised. As it happens I lost it anyway so had to replace it myself. Other minor issues along the same vein. Not a deal breaker but frustrating none the less. More or less given up chasing some of these issues as I've come to accept they just won't get sorted.
