I cannot recommend Laura, James and the team at the Bingham branch of Frank Innes highly enough. My tenant gave notice and within 1 day the property was marketed and within 13 days of it becoming empty it was then re-let. The team and in particular Laura was very professional and highly efficient in all my dealings with the office. They have dealt with the inevitable minor repairs quickly and efficiently and, very importantly, with cost in mind.
