As a first time landlord Kim, Lauren and Jessica guided myself through the process of getting my home rented out very well, answered all my questions and made the process as seamless as possible. Coming into it with no experience they made the whole thing easy and communicated with me at all times. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend for anyone in similar position as myself. Another point to note is that tenants were all fully vetted and checked which gives me great confidence going forward. When the property went live they had already arranged 3 viewings within an hour of me dropping off the keys and was given the option to pick tenant. 5 stars
