As a tenant, Janet Jones has been the best letting agent I have used in all my (nearly 20) years of renting. Thorough, professional and friendly, they were always quick to take action on any issues and the periodic check-ins they ran gave me (and I assume the landlords!) the confidence the property was in good hands.
