Luke Hill was fantastic when coming to book our property. From first ringing Purple Frog we were advised on which property would be best for us and he was very helpful and fast to reply to any questions we had about the tenancy. We were able to book a viewing for the property the same day on which we rang up, and he met all our needs with adjustments needed to take place before we moved in. The whole process was made much easier and for a first time tenant I can say it ran very smoothly.

Yesterday we booked to go and see some properties to find a student house for next year and had an amazing experience. After initially only booking to view one property, I received a phone call a day or two before the viewing to explain that they had a few properties that suited what we were looking for and that they would be happy to show us around them too. Poppy, who works for Purple Frog, met us at the first property and showed us around, she was really helpful and was able to answer a lot of questions that related to both her experiences as a student and renting houses as well as about the properties themselves. It really helped that she is a student herself as she was able to give sound advice. She was extremely friendly and easy to chat to whilst still being professional. She made us feel confident about our decisions and made sure we were doing what's right for us which was so amazing and led us to securing our home for next year! The houses we viewed were all absolutely stunning, especially compared to other properties we had viewed with other companies and the reception we got from Poppy was far more welcoming and understanding of the financial position of a student than any other. As a company I feel the policies of Purple Frog are really flexible and the initial deposit was a far more manageable amount than what some other companies expected in order to initially secure the property as our own. The full deposit is also far less than other properties. All of the group that came yesterday were really impressed and happy with the experience and I have already recommended Purple Frog to fellow students.

Jordan Turner at Purple Frog was very good at ensuring I had as smooth a moving in day as possible. Despite an initial stressful issue of rent payment on the online system, Jordan was able to quickly phone the right line manager to sort this error out, so that I could move in as quickly as possible. As a result, my experience was very positive due to his great customer service. He was a real help on the day and I was very happy with the look of the house when I had arrived! My move in day would definitely not have been as smooth as it was without Jordan's help. Thank you again!

I did not receive good service at this residence as there was many problems with the accomodation and locals breaking into the residence. However, Zita Goldie was so nice, helpful and could always count on her. I am so lucky to have met her as she was very helpful especially when I was harrassed by someone who broke into the flat. I am so thankful that I have met Zita and I really appreciate everything she has done for me. decided to arrange house viewings with purple frog as I had heard of them before, and saw they had good reviews and wanted to go somewhere a lot better, as I had had many bad experiences in the past with other estate agents dealing with our student house. I spoke to Gemma on the phone who was very friendly, and very attentive about what exactly I wanted in a house. We met with a woman called Poppy who was an absolute delight. She answered all our questions, was very friendly yet professional and made the viewings very easy going and fun too. Will definitely be using purple frog in the future to deal with all student house contracts. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the future.

Had a really good experience here the other day, sadly we didn't find a house for next year, but honestly had such a lovely viewing that it was a real shame. Firstly we arrived a little bit early so we rung the office to ask if there was anyway our viewing could be moved forward and the woman on the phone was very lovely about it and said she'd contact the letting agent who was managing our viewing. Although she was unable to attend earlier as she had other viewings the company were great and sent us a text explaining this rather than leaving us out in the cold and not letting us know. Then when Charlotte arrived it was a really lovely experience, she had a lot of knowledge and we had a great time with her, she even gave us a lift in her car. Likewise although the house that we saw was messy from the current tenants she didn't try to cover up the mess - unlike some agents we had been with - but explain to us that the tenants had already been charged for an industrial clean of the property at the end of their tenancy. So it was nice to have someone who acknowledged the property as it was and explain how it would be debt with. Likewise she wasn't at all pushy and really we had a lovely time with her. It's a shame that the properties she showed us just weren't for us as other than that it was actually a very pleasant experience. Thank you Charlotte and the rest of the team and if we're in need of a house for next year you'll be our first call :D

Luke Hill is an exceptional member of staff at Purple Frog. As a student, it’s not uncommon to be overlooked by letting agencies and landlords alike. Since September, I’ve encountered a number of issues with this agency, my latest difficulty regarding disruption by builders drilling in the kitchen. Most of the time, it was a struggle to resolve issues with some staff not caring and avoiding me. However, my most recent inconvenience was dealt with by Luke and he has been an absolute star. He helped sort the matter so that it was as convenient as it could be, and he kept me in the loop at every point. Any issues that arose were dealt with immediately (up until the very last minute that purple frog closed) and he was extremely polite and understanding. He managed to communicate with both the builders and landlords so that I didn’t have to and it’s just nice to see that although there are some staff who couldn’t care less at Nottingham Purple Frog, there are some truly lovely, hard-working gems there.

I booked some house viewings last week with Purple frog, and despite a technial issue leading to my viewings never being registered, Purple Frog were incredibly accommodating and prioritised my viewings for the following day. We were shown around by Tilly who was very friendly and informative. We managed to view three houses in one hour as the viewings were very organised and efficient. I'd highly recommend Purple Frog for students needing to find a house as the quality of housing is really good, as are the rent prices.

Viewing houses as first years is a daunting and confusing task when you have absolutely no idea what you're doing... however, purple frog made it as easy as possible and we found them extremely efficient and friendly. Poppy was in contact with us prior to the viewings and has been great at helping us afterwards with the million questions we have had. Arranging viewings was easy and although we haven't decided on a house yet Poppy has been amazingly helpful on giving us further advice and generally being there to help with everything! Originally we orgnaised to view one house but purple frog also arranged for us to view a number of others in the same day similar to what we are looking for and within our budget, which gave us more of an understanding about what we could get and where. This was extremely helpful and Poppy was very friendly and professional throughout the viewings. Although we are still looking I wouldn't hesitate to precede letting a house with purple frog.
